I. Scenario Overview

After configuring permissions for buttons or pages, users with the corresponding roles still cannot access them.

II. Solution

  1. Navigate to Management Center > Role & Permission > Role Management.
  2. Select the role you just configured.
  3. Click the Activate Permissions button at the top of the page to apply the changes immediately.

WARNING

Note for Interface Designer Elements:
Buttons designed using the Interface Designer may take up to 5 minutes to refresh their permission cache. The new permissions will only appear after the cache update.
