Oinone Contributor License Agreement

Effective Date: June 10, 2025

1. Definitions

   • Contribution: Any form of work you submit, including code, documentation, designs, etc.
   • Project: The Oinone open-source project (GitHub/Gitee repository).

2. Copyright Grant

   • You retain the copyright to your contribution but grant Oinone project and its affiliates a global, non-exclusive, free, and irrevocable right to use, including but not limited to:
     • Modifying, copying, distributing, and commercially using your contribution.
     • Sublicensing under any license agreement (such as Apache 2.0, commercial license).

3. Patent License

   • If your contribution involves patents, you grant the Oinone project a royalty-free, permanent patent license and shall not sue third parties using such patents.

4. Contributor Representations

   • You warrant that the contribution is original or lawfully authorized and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
   • You acknowledge that contributions will be public and may be permanently retained, and Oinone has no obligation to adopt your contribution.

5. Governing Law

   • This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes shall be submitted to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for resolution.
