Runtime:Permission Configuration Not Taking Effect
I. Scenario Overview
After configuring permissions for buttons or pages, users with the corresponding roles still cannot access them.
II. Solution
- Navigate to Management Center > Role & Permission > Role Management.
- Select the role you just configured.
- Click the Activate Permissions button at the top of the page to apply the changes immediately.
Warning
Note for Interface Designer Elements:
Buttons designed using the Interface Designer may take up to 5 minutes to refresh their permission cache. The new permissions will only appear after the cache update.
